Deserted Women facing financial hardship may apply for a Deserted Women Certificate through their local revenue department. The department issues this certificate to individuals without sufficient livelihood support. The application process usually requires submitting pertinent documents and information to demonstrate the applicant’s circumstances.
Documents Needed:-
The applicant should have the following documents to apply for the Deserted Women Certificate:
- Photo
- Proof of Residence
- Proof of Marriage
- Self-declaration of the applicant
- Proof of desertion FIR details
How to Apply?
If the applicant has a special CAN Number, their information will appear when searching the records.
Step 1: Pick the records by clicking the provided option buttons.
Step 2: Press “Proceed.”
You can update the applicant’s CAN details by selecting the “Edit CAN Detail” button. If necessary, use the “Save as New” option to keep the same CAN Number with different applicant details.

The form will show the applicant’s information already filled in, and you won’t be able to edit these details.

The form will show the applicant’s information already filled in, and you won’t be able to edit these details.
SECTION 4: Contact Details
The form will show the applicant’s information already filled in, and you won’t be able to edit these details.

Enter the applicant’s marriage details.

Explain why you’re making this request. Afterward, click on “Submit“. You can use the ‘Cancel’ button to close the application if needed.
On the next page, you’ll find a list of documents needed. Attach the documents with the specified file size and type. Uploaded documents will be displayed at the bottom, and you can delete any by using the cross sign. Remember, the ‘Upload’ button will appear after you browse and add a document.
After you’ve added the documents, click ‘Make Payment’.
You’ll be directed to the Payments page where the total amount due (Total Fees) will be displayed. Click ‘Confirm Payment’ to proceed.
After the transaction, an acknowledgment receipt will be displayed. To download or print the receipt, click on “Print Receipt.”
