On May 1, 2022, World Labour Day / Rights Day, Society for the Rights of backward Communities conducted an impressive Public Meeting at VKK Menon Road, Siddhapudhur. All-important OBC Leaders addressed a gathering of about 3000 people. The leaders explained the need for reservation, Constitutional mandate, deliberate deprival of rights to OBCs, need for awareness and unity. This was the first time that the OBC – Communities without any sort of political color or shadows conducted a public meeting.
