SFRBC Launching Event
In India, since 1950 the reservation policy has been done with political agendas objectives, and gains in mind. The Vision of Articles 15 and 16 of the Constitution of India is forgotten Communities which have strong leaders are getting more and more reservations-consequently more and more benefits. Small and marginalized community people are deprived of their rights guaranteed by the constitution in Tamilnadu though there is 69% reservation; the Backward Classes do not get/reap any benefits out of 26.5% reservation. Among MBSs, only one Community – which is politically strong, reaps all benefits. So, to ensure due share for every BC – MBC – Communities we formed this registered organization, “Society for the Rights of Backward Communities” and launched it on 18.01.2021. Every leader pledged not to go behind politicians or political parties and dedicate themselves to the betterment of the OBCs alone.
