Eligibility:

  • Applicant must be a citizen of India.

  • Students must have secured 50% and above during Class 12 or graduation.

  • Students must have obtained admission to courses like Medicine, Engineering, Management, etc, either at the graduate or postgraduate levels abroad

  • Must have secured admission in India or abroad from a recognised college/education institution through entrance test/merit-based selection process after passing Class 12.

  • Co-applicant, that is, parent(s) or guardian need to have a regular source of income.

Benefits:
Education loans start from 7.5 lac. Note:
  • The loans will cover tuition fees, hostel charges, cost of books, etc.
  • The quantum of education loans can be determined, subject to eligibility and cost, for case-to-case approval.

Documents:
  • Income statements (Salary slip, Form-16, Income Tax Returns of the last two years, computation of income of last 2 years, certified by Chartered Accountant)
  • Bank statement/passbook of the last 6 months
  • Copy of the admission letter of the institute along with the fee schedule
  • Mark sheets and/or pass certificates of Class 10, Class 12, Degree courses, National level entrance test
  • Age proof (birth certificate, passport, latest electricity bills, ration card, existing house lease agreement, bank account statement
  • Photo-identification proofs (Aadhaar card, Voter-ID, PAN Card, passport, and driving license
  • Passport-size photographs of applicants and co-applicants
  • Guarantor form (optional)

  • Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.

  • Fill in the required details in the online application form.

  • Upload the required documents.

  • Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview.’

  • Review the preview screen to ensure that all the filled-in details are correct.

  • If all the details appear correctly on the preview screen, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
