On 29.05.2023, Society for the Rights of Backward Communities, organized an impressive Slogan Shouting demonstration near “Valluvar Kottam”, Chennai. About 4000 people from various demonstrations. The principle focus/demand was to conduct an immediate “Caste Census”. Leaders of all OBC – Communities addressed the gathering. At the end of the agitation, a “Press Meet” was conducted, Our demands were explained to the Media. In the evening, the Joint Action Committee meeting was conducted at a Marriage Hall at Peters Road, Royappettai, Chennai, and the future course of action to press our demands were addressed.
