All India Law Entrance Test (AILET)And its Eligibility

All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), organized by National Law University, Delhi (NLUD), is expected to take place in the second week of December, likely from 11 am to 1 pm. This exam typically occurs on the Sunday following the CLAT exam. Conducted offline at various locations nationwide, the AILET application form will likely be available starting the first week of July. The exam will cover three sections: logical reasoning, current affairs and general knowledge, and English.

Eligibility for AILET

To qualify for the AILET exam, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • For the BA LLB (Hons.) program, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination with at least 50% aggregate marks.
  • SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their 12th grade.
  • There is no age restriction for taking the AILET exam.
  • Candidates currently in their 12th grade are also eligible to apply.
