Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) is a public sector bank, whose headquarters is in Chennai. With a focus on foreign exchange business and overseas banking, it has achieved significant milestones in the Indian banking sector. IOB operates through approximately 3,220 domestic branches, 2 Digital Banking Units (DBUs), around 4 foreign branches, and a representative office. During the nationalization period, the government of India took over IOB along with 13 other major banks.

A) Full-Time  Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech)

C) Cyber Security are eligible. Additionally, preference will be accorded to individuals holding certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit).

  • Candidates qualifying in the Online Examination will proceed Interview stage.
  • Meeting the eligibility criteria alone does not assure participation in the Online Examination or Interview.

  8. Upload the necessary documents in the designated “Upload Relevant Documents” section.
  9. Keep a printed copy of the submitted application for future reference.

Documents needed for verification

For the interview, candidates must provide original documents and self-attested
photocopies including:

  • Call Letter,
  • Online application form,
  • Proof of date of birth,
  • Photo identity proof,
  • Educational and work experience documents,
  • Preferred certifications,
  • Caste and income certificates,
  • Disability certificate (if applicable),
  • No Objection Certificate (for government employees),
  • Age relaxation certificate (if applicable for 1984 riots),
  • Proof of identity (Passport, Aadhaar, PAN Card) is mandatory during the examination,
  • Ration Card is not accepted as a valid ID proof for the examination,
  • Failure to submit these documents may result in disqualification.
