Tamil Medium Students receive quota through the PSTM certificate

Youth must know that there is a separate quota for Persons Studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) in the recruitment for government jobs especially through TNPSC.

PSTM- Students who have Studied their education in the Tamil Medium will receive a PSTM certificate after completion of their SSLC, HSC, or degree programs in Tamil. The certificate is specifically given to students who studied in Tamil Medium, regardless of whether Tamil was a subject they formally studied in high school or college, passing a language paper will not entail the PSTM quota.

How to get the Certificate:

Students who have completed their academic examinations in Tamil medium, such as SSLC, HSC, UG, Degree, Class 10th, and Class 12th, can apply for a this certificate using the following procedures:

1. Draft an application addressed to your principal, headmaster, or registrar.
