Online Enrollment Process for Voter ID:

4. Visit the National Voters Service Portal to download or apply online using Form 6.
5. Follow the instructions and fill out the form accurately.
Steps to Apply for Voter ID Online:
- Go to the official website of the Voters’ Service Portal.
- Find the appropriate form under the ‘Forms’ section – either ‘Fill Form 6’ for residents of India or ‘Form 6A’ for NRIs, and either fill it out online or download and print it.
- If applying online, sign up by providing the necessary details like mobile number and email ID. If you are already registered, log in with your mobile number or EPIC number and password, then request and enter the OTP to access the portal.
- Fill in your details and upload the required documents.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- After submission, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your personal Voter’s ID page. Use this page to track your application, and expect to receive your Voter ID card within a month of application.

1. You need a passport-size photograph.
2. Provide identity proof such as a birth certificate, passport, driving license, PAN Card, or high school mark sheet.
3. Submit an address proof like a ration card, passport, driving license, or utility bill (phone or electricity).
