The Jain Entrance Test (JET) stands as a formidable entrance examination for securing admission into undergraduate and postgraduate
programs offered by Jain (Deemed-to-be-University). Jain University situated in the Bangalore district of Karnataka, operates as a private
institution. JET facilitates admission to a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across various disciplines.

Eligibility FOR JET:
  • B.Tech admissions require candidates to pass the Class 10+2 exam with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects,
    alongside Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational as one of the subjects, with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
  • Applicants need to clear their Class 12 exams from a recognized board in the relevant field for other undergraduate programs,
    with a minimum overall score of 60% (with 5% relaxation for ST/SC candidates).
  • Postgraduate aspirants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a minimum of three years of study, and secure a minimum of 50%
    overall in the qualifying exam.
  • Candidates applying for executive courses must have relevant job experience.
Application Process:
  • To apply for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, candidates need to fill out the Jain Entrance Test (JET) application form.
  • The application forms for JET are available in both offline and online modes.
  • Candidates must register on the official website using their name, email ID, and mobile number, and upon successful registration, they receive a confirmation email.
  • After logging into the JET website, applicants should fill in basic details and upload scanned copies of academic certificates, photographs, and signatures as per specifications.
  • It’s essential to verify the application before submission.
  • Applicants are advised to keep a photocopy of the printed application form for future reference.
  • The application fee for JET can be paid online via credit card/debit card/net banking.
