For decades, we have told ourselves that India is moving forward—towards development, digital growth, and a more equal society. But behind this progress lies a truth we hesitate to confront: Caste Bias in India is far from over. Even during job interviews, subtle discrimination appears in comments about surnames, accents, or village backgrounds.

Why Is This Still Happening?
The question that should disturb every citizen is this:
If OBCs make up more than 50% of India’s population, why do they remain underrepresented, unheard, and undervalued?

Without an understanding, a change in the mindset of advanced Communities – bureaucrats, things will not change. They must understand that the people who were denied their rights or not rendered justice in education, jobs, social status are to be considered.
If we want a real modern nation, we must ask uncomfortable questions:
- Why are OBC students dropping out at such high rates?
- Why do rural OBCs still lack representation in higher government jobs?
- Why does discrimination continue even after decades of social justice policies?
These questions deserve honest answers—not excuses.
A Nation That Must Choose
India stands at a crossroads. We can continue pretending that caste discrimination is a thing of the past, or we can confront the fact that Caste Bias in India still shapes millions of lives. The choice we make will decide whether India becomes a truly modern democracy or a country that carries its old chains into the future.
